What is Tiddly Tots Yoga?

Tiddly Tots Yoga has been especially designed for mobile babies,
toddlers and pre-schoolers . The beauty of Tiddly Tots Yoga is that it is not
only for the tiddly tot but for the parent/carer too, allowing both little and big
one to participate as much or as little as you would like!

During each class we will go on exciting adventures through creative
stories, songs and rhymes stimulating the imagination whilst maintaining natural flexibility through stretching and movement.
